The week is almost over...
Watched "Neverland" by Absinthe earlier this week. It was an okay film. Not a fan of the music and it seem like the movie was not shot in high res. I Didnt like how they shot the film. It felt flat and plain like your normal one angle non moving camera.
Aside from that, the jibs are awesome and fun to watch. Annie Boulanger is absolutely amazing. Now i can see why Shay list "Neverland" as her favourite.
Then i finished the "B" movie by Burton earlier today while having lunch. Theres nothing like eating a unagi bento box while watching the pros rip. The B is the typical Burton Film. Fun music, great cinematography, big name pros, many variations of riding...an all around good entertainment. The part where they were maneuvering the car on the icy road was pretty funny, "spinners". LOL.
One thing that annoyed me was the ad on the Burton Channel with EST and the camber vs rocker debate. The channel ad just suck and the debate seem "staged". The two looks like they memorized the script and read it out loud(duh -_-). BORING and not even a bit funny.
With the ad and stance debate in the movie, it just cuts down the time for more awesome shot on actual riding.
I think i like "Its always snowing somewhere" better.
This is how i get myself thru the week while waiting for snow.
Next on my watch list is "Forever" by Forum and Cool Story's "Think Thank".
