P90X

In preparation for this season, i started the P90X training today. Gotta say the first day alone is no easy feat. I can't even finish the whole hr and half of the legs+back programme. Hopefully in time i'll get better at it.

I decided to deviate from the programme a little because my main focus will be on my lower body and my core. Really need to get those quads and calfs in condition to handle a full day of non-stop riding. I also notice that a lot of the moves requires good balancing and that is a big plus since my balancing really sucks. It will really help to have good balance when i start doing bigger features in the park.

Tired and sore...imma pass out. pce.
